Trigun and Chainsaw Man fans are on a hard competition to see who's the most whiny fanbase.

I am enjoying the heck out of Farming Life in Another World, but not many fans seem to share my enthusiasm for it.

If they don't like it they should not give it high ratings. I am not watching Stampade, but I assume the people who love the old series will never forgive the new show for not adapting Trigun Maximum faithfully.

I gave up on the new Trigun a few episodes in. The animation is decent, but overall it felt really uneven, and often like it thought it had earned a particular mood without really putting in the work to get there. There are much worse shows out there, but I definitely can't think of it as good.

"Decent" is an underestatement. Then again, this is the same site where I once saw someone unironically claim Ex-Arm and Land of the Lustrous looked the same, so I don't know why I even expect this community to have any actual sense of quality.

To me these rankings are a very good way to measure the quality and popularity of an anime. On average each episode of Trigun Stampede has a rating of 3.7 stars, which is not high but not terrible either.

Those are some serious mood swings all over the weekly charts, but especially Blue Lock and Tsurune. Shocked

The animation in Trigun considered in a vacuum has pretty good technical merit - the squash-and-stretch has a Pixar or Disney-esque quality to it, though not near so impressive as something like Arcane - but I don't think it meshes with the landscapes very well, and think the animation often clashes with the established mood of a scene. 'Decent' is my interpolating between these two dimensions.

I never watched Ex-Arm, but thought LotL looked great, and didn't have any similar reservations there. LotL's animation was both technically competent and fit that show perfectly.
