Definitely chose Mr. Mankanshoku from Kill la Kill, Professor Stein, and Shou Tucker for most untrusted doctors. Dr. Tenma would be my most trusted.

I know they're not "twins" but I always found it funny that Goten is basically an exact clone of Goku. Though they're also from the same series so I guess that makes it doubly unsuitable for this list.

[Akito Takagi (Bakuman) & Light Yagami (Death Note)] look very similar, down to their choice in eye-wear.

Wut?

I don't recall Light ever wearing glasses, and the pics you chose don't show that either. Is there a joke here I'm missing? Like in-your-eyes hairstyle = eyewear? oO

What about Amelia, and Naga from the Slayers? They're definitely long lost twins, but Naga is older than Amelia. I'm surprised they didn't make the list. It's a very well known one.

Anemone (Eureka Seven)... Both characters are unlike their human peers, firstly by not being human at all.

Actually, Anemone is human. spoiler[She was just subject to so many plastic surgeries and drug injections that she merely looks like a Coralian.]
Quote:
Shizuo Heiwajima (Durarara!!)... he's more interested in throwing fists than drinks.

He also throws vending machines around, so maybe he's subconsciously interested in throwing drinks?

Also, anyone who seriously votes for Black Jack in this week's poll needs to learn a lesson about judging a book by its cover.

They even share the same seiyu.

Characters that look like twins:
Tachibana Kanade (Angel Beats) and Eucliwood Hellscythe (Kore wa Zombie Desu ka?)

Since you used Seig from Rave Master & Jellal Fernandes from Fairy Tail, I'm a bit surprised I didn't see Eve from Black Cat and Golden Darkness/Yami/spoiler[Eve] from To Love-ru on the list (and she isn't the only example from those two series).

They are more or less the same person. Same hair color, same eyes, same voice, same personality, same skills and abilities and same purpose (genetically cloned and engineered bio-weapon). And, like you mention in Love-Ru Darkness is told that Yami real name is spoiler[Eve], instead of Konjiki no Yami.

When it comes to twins, I always thought Kyoko Toshino looked disturbingly like Himeko Kurusugawa. Shocked
That always disturbed me.

When it comes to battle of the bands, either it be Oji Tanaka or Johannes Krauser II. Hell, I think they oughta team up and take down Yui!

Light wears reading glasses occasionally. They aren't his default appearance so I suppose she picked an average representation for his image, and is just mentioning that they're basically twins when he does sport glasses.

Taking "lost pairs of twins" literally, how about purple-haired twins Ryou and Kyou from Clannad and Kagami and Tsukasa from Lucky Star? They might as well be the same girls just drawn with different art styles, right down to the longer-haired twin being the tsundere and the short-haired twin being the shy one.
